KSSA Promoting Youth Sailing in Kent
The Kent Team made a clean sweep of the NSSA Inlands

Topper                 Morgan Archer 1st, Pierce Seward 2nd
Laser Radial        Stan Chick 1st, Imogen Cage-White 5th
Handicap             Michael and Sam Dyer 1st

A wonderful weekend of sailing at the NSSA Inlands hosted by Datchet, once again dominated by a reduced but superb Kent team. We had a full range of conditions with the wind dropping, shifting and finally building - in all swinging 180 degrees across the 6 races.

Michael and Sam Dyer in their RS Feva overcame technical problems with ingenuity, skill, spare string and lots of cable ties to win the handicap fleet.

The toppers saw Morgan Archer capably win every race closely chased by Pierce Seaward who achieved a richly deserved second overall.

A strong Laser radial fleet was won by Stan Chick counting 4 firsts and a second. Imogen Cage-White showed great promise in a very early outing in her new laser with 5th overall but counting a 2nd and 3rd place.

Whilst no team prize was awarded all concerned agreed the event clearly belonged to Kent once again!
